Top of the agenda this week is the ever important Ad Fraud. Why? Because in a world that has unfortunately seen digital corruption get out of hand, it's important to a.) know about it and b.) do something about it. And speaking of taking action, CAST is our 'why' machine that maps, models and gives us the answers and insights to your complex questions. Bone up on it, below.


So, it's Thanksgiving today. There's more than enough to be thankful for – but how are you going to mark this year's? However you will, it will definitely be remembered. And for 635 epidemiologists, they're celebrating Thanksgiving in a pretty interesting way. That's from the New York Times in our Diversions section. AD FRAUD

 

In case you missed it: 52% of all internet traffic is NOT generated by humans and 77% of native ads are never seen by humans with over $42 Billion dollars lost last year due to ad fraud. This represents a significant challenge to high level advertisers on where their ad spend goes and the brand safety issues of directly funding criminal activity.

We are currently conducting audits on all digital ad spend to not only discover the fraud percentage but where that fraud is occurring per source, per campaign and per link. What this will also give us is full transparency on attribution and what leads to more efficient spend of money based on performance – as in where to shift those budgets for more efficient spending. This will compound over time with ROI increases of 20%, 50% and 100% more conversions and reducing ad spend by as much as 40%. P&G recently did an ad fraud audit and cut spending by $200 million and increased their conversions by 10%. That’s a significant amount of savings and conversions...

EXPLORE CAST

 

This leads nicely onto CAST (Commercial Analysis Software Tool). With our CAST system, we can track causation and the ‘why’ of consumer behavior and influence and track that behavior with a 90% predictive forecasting rate. This will help us give C-suite and stakeholders effective and tested new strategies (not just for marketing and sales efforts but full business strategies) and we can help with the implementation of that strategy to include full monitoring of the implementation to include KPI’s, KRI’s and MOE’s (Measures of Effect) and MOP’s (Measures of Performance) in real time.

We are also currently using these systems to assist companies with their digital transformation and we recently introduced new models to map strategies in the face of sustainability during COVID and beyond.
