| There are 34 municipalities in Miami-Dade County and more than 400 in the State of Florida. When we measure ourselves against all those cities, we find that in Pinecrest we perform very well. We have some of the highest, most stable property values and lowest property tax rates in the county. Crime has gone down consistently since our incorporation and this year it is half of what it was 20 years ago, and at an all-time low. ..
