Breathing. How much do we focus on our breathing? Probably not very much or consciously. In today's stress fuelled world, taking three deep breaths, as a part of habit, helps us relax, be more patient, calmer and more in the moment. In fact, research done at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital document the positive impact deep breathing has on your body’s ability to deal with stress.
