As always, there is so much going on at APRS. In our Spring update we find out about how the new planning system is bedding in and hear from some communities campaigning for their Green Belts. Kat reached Wemyss Bay on the Clyde coast on her 20th day of walking Glasgow’s Green Belt. This walk brings the joy of a perfectly level stroll through mountain country - along the historical Cuts built to bring water to the Greenock Mills - and a discussion on climate, renewables and our landscapes.  Read the full blog

In January we received a generous legacy from the estate of Judith Mylne, a long-time APRS supporter and friend of Nina Sobecka, our administrator.

We've been reviewing Scotland’s Landscape Charter on behalf of the Scottish Landscape Alliance.

The results will feed into a reworking of Scotland’s Landscape Charter and we are excited to be involved in this key work Read more aprs.scot/news
APRS has been selected by The Big Give to be one of the charities which will have donations doubled between 18-25 April. We have a target to raise of £5000, which will be match funded so we receive a total of £10,000
