The Fringe, recorded by a young producer/engineer, Greg Hambleton, are mostly remembered for their continent-wide touring, TV appearances and hard driving heavy rock performances. Founding members were the late Chuck Cadman (guitar & keyboards), a thrice-elected Member of Parliament, along with Doug Daniel (bass), John Murkin (lead vocals & guitar) and Chris Thomas (drums).
