Hello Everyone! Hello, everyone! Spring is finally here! My older daughter, Sarah, will be graduating from college in a couple of weeks and my younger daughter, Emily, will be finishing up her junior year. (I can't believe how quickly time has passed.) My wife, Beth, has set up our patio so that she can work outside when the weather permits. The nicer weather means that I will be able to get out to attend more local events, which I'm excited about. My town's Shad Derby festival takes place next month. Those who have read The Witchfinder's Serpent will recognize that as an important locale for one of the story's pivotal scenes. If the weather cooperates, I plan to take some video at the fair which I'll post on my website.Book Update The second novel in The Witches of Windsor series, The Witchfinder's Sacrifice, now has completed the final pre-layout proofread and is currently being formatted so that an ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) can be produced to send to retailers and reviewers. The Witchfinder's Sacrifice picks up where The Witchfinder's Serpent left off and follows Nate and his friends in their fight against the evil warlock, Malleus Hodge. The first book in the series, The Witchfinder's Serpent, is available in hardcover, ebook and audiobook. Order here!
If you would like a signed copy and cannot make one of my appearances, they can be ordered here from River Bend Bookshop. Thank you!

What I'm Reading The Lords of Greystone by Joseph J. Christiano Another great horror novel from Joe Christiano! Set in the modern day, The Lords of Greystone is a gothic cult/creature feature/survival story at its best. I won't give anything away, but if you enjoy books that are exciting, full of action and dripping with dread, give this one a try...

What I'm Watching Loki Season 2 I'll be brief with this one: yuck. If you've been following my newsletters, you've probably realized that I am a big fan of superhero and supervillain stories. Although I'm a fan of both the Loki character and Tom Hiddleston, I just found Loki Season 2 to be strange and boring, very much like Loki Season 1. If they do make a third season, I hope they bring us something new, exciting and very different--something without confusing time travel and messy alternate realities. If you disagree, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the show.

Looking for something else to read? Please click the following book covers to see what they're about! I recently began reading Nick Clausen's Dead Meat series, which is available now on kindle as a set--all 9 novels for only $0.99. Nick is a Danish author who has recently begun releasing his novels in English, and they are very fast paced and entertaining. Nick has several series out at the moment. I recommend giving them a try. He knows how to write Zombie stories and I'm looking forward to checking out his other books. Nick's website has some free book downloads: https://www.nick-clausen.com/. I find his newsletter very interesting and fun to read--sign up now!
