Leader applications for the World Scout Jamboree are now open. West Yorkshire Scouts have been allocated 1 unit for the World Scout Jamboree and are looking for 1 Unit Leader, 1 Deputy Leader and 2 Assistant Leaders within West Yorkshire.
Applications for leaders close on 30th May – Please note applications are via the HQ form which will shut promptly on 30th May. Applications will then be passed to the County to select the successful applicants.
All applications will be required to attend a selection event on 6th July. This event will be an opportunity for you to tell and show us more about you, why you would like to take on a leadership role at the Jamboree, find out more about how your skills and experiences (in and out of Scouting) would support you to be a great member of the leadership team.
When you apply, please make sure you read and complete the application form carefully. We anticipate a large number of applications and we will use what you write in your application form as the basis on which to make a decision about inviting you to the selection event.
