Solutions for Your Resolutions!

"Resolutions" is a most interesting word and concept that appears every year about this time, only to fade into distant memory after a few weeks, or if one is more determined, a month or so. But what are resolutions? And if they are good things, why are they hard to keep?  

Well... it's one thing to write down a list of life-enhancing decisions. But once written, they require action!  They don't magically happen because they are written down on a list. That's where we can help!

If your 2025 Resolutions list includes "eat better foods," "be more active," and/or "get healthier," Random Acts of Breadness has solutions for those resolutions! All you need to do is come to the bakery in person (or order on line) and we can show you what we have that will help those Resolutions stick: Real foods made the artisan way with the best organic/non-GMO ingredients, in hand-crafted small batches.

Every week we have Gluten-neutral Sourdough breads (and Bread Bowls shown above); Sugar-free and Gluten-free Blueberry Muffins and Choco-Chip Chookies! And my latest creations, sugar-free Caramels (Macadamia Nut and Sea Salt options), have been leaving our store by the bagful, almost faster than I can keep up!

And if you happened to put "support local small businesses" on your Resolutions list, you can keep that one going by visiting us once a week!

New Year's Schedule...

This week we are open Friday and Saturday from 12 to 6p and Sunday from 11a to 4p.

For College and Pro Football gatherings, we've baked lots of fresh-cured sliceable signature Country Loaves, and we have Artisan Sourdough Breadness Crisps for the charcuterie spread. Cinnamon Raisin Maple Pecan and GingerBreadness sourdough breads are also available, (cured, sliced and frozen) which thaw and rehydrate perfectly in a few hours (following the provided instructions).

It's hard to say when we'll sell out so best to order on line if you can.

If a product is visible in the online shop, it's in stock (except for the Caramels which are not on the website yet but are available at the bakery until sold out). If you don't see a product in the online shop, it's sold out (but we might be making more, in which case the counter will be set to the available quantity).

Also, we can slice your bread(s) different thicknesses. Our most popular are Medium (about 1/2") and Thin (about 3/8") but we can do in between as well. Just ask! If ordering on line, enter your slicing preference(s) in the Special Instructions box during Checkout.

Do we ship? Absolutely! 
If you (or someone you wish to gift) live within 120 miles of Los Angeles, we can ship on Wednesday or Thursday (via UPS Ground) and in most cases your Breadness Box will arrive on Thursday or Friday. Place your order before Wednesday morning here. If you live outside of So Cal, we can now ship 2-Day Air (or Ground service) on Wednesday (unsliced bread) for Friday delivery (orders that require 2-Day Air shipping must be in by Wednesday morning!). Join our growing list of nationwide customers who look forward to receiving their Breadness deliveries on a regular basis!

Random Acts of Breadness is located at 2214 West Magnolia Blvd. in Burbank (2-1/2 blocks east of Buena Vista on the south side of the street). Come to the bakery and sample our artisan wares, or order on line for bakery pickup, or have Breadness delivered or shipped to your door.
