| Dear <<First Name>>,
Greetings from Migrant Careers Support Trust!
We hope that you and your family are safe.
This past year has been another tough year for many if not all of us. Whether it be work, friends or family, the pandemic has affected our interactions and relations. We lived two lives during the lockdown(s), one in the physical world and one in front of digital screens in the virtual world. All these factors have influenced our mental health and well-being. This is why, we are organising a panel discussion on 'Mental health & resilience in the time of COVID' on 21 Dec 2021, with a special focus on the student community and youth.
Please register to attend this free session, you can find the registration link below.
This newsletter also has videos from our informative session, on 'Employment Rights in NZ' and 'Immigration updates about the One-off Resident Visa', please do watch them for key insights.
We have shared a few resources regarding COVID, please ensure you are up to date with all the information and have access to all the resources that might help you.
As we end yet another year, filled with many ups and a few downs, we hope you have a Merry Christmas and a joyous New year with your family and friends.
Thank you for all the support you extended to our organisation this year.
Regards, Garry Gupta, Chair, Migrant Careers Support Trust
