Have I found the teapot yet..? A couple of my patients have gently asked how I’m getting on. So, I thought I’d write an update…
**We found the teapot!**Phew! Moving house
is stressful.
No matter how much I like to think and say it’s all going fine.

We both ran a couple of weeks back.
It's a great event. In a lovely part of the world.

- Move more over the winter months
- Optimise my bodyweight 'TO THE KILOGRAM' and
- Measure it all: pain, activity, bodyweight + nutrition.
Let’s lay out the graphs…
