Horace Mann Carnival will be June 16, 2023!!
The end of year carnival is fast approaching! We are excited to celebrate a wonderful year at Mann with everyone. We will have a cookout with hamburgers and hot dogs (vegan and gluten free options available). Get ready for cotton candy, sweet treats, games, prizes, photo booth, face painting, balloon animals, a cake walk, and fun with friends!
To make this happen we will need a lot of volunteers so please see sign up HERE and see where you or a family member can help (teens welcome!). We will need some grills and BBQ cooks as well. We will also have a cake walk! Included in the signup, please let us know if you can contribute a cake or a small group of cupcakes kids can win!
Wristbands and tickets are available for pre-sale and we highly recommend doing this to avoid the long line at the ticket booth and allow for more time to have fun. Buy your tickets and wristbands HERE.

We will vote in the new board for next year, approve next year's budget, and many other important items. Don't miss it! You do not have to be a PTSA member to attend and see what is happening next year. Voting, however, is reserved for members. If you have any questions e-mail president@mannptsa.org

5th Grade Families:
Photos Needed! |

1. For the 5th Grade "Guess Who Board", we need a baby photo of your child e-mailed to yearbook@mannptsa.org by June 9th
2. For the 5th Grade slideshow, we would like 3-5 pictures of each student from different years in elementary school. If you can find photos of your child with other school friends, that would be preferable but individual photos are fine too.
Please, e-mail them to promotion@mannptsa.org or upload them to the link e-mailed to you by your teacher.
Rename your photos with the following convention before uploading or e-mailing it to us:
- a single character representing the grade your child was in when the photo was taken (K,1,2,3,4,5) followed by an underscore then your student’s name
- example: “1_AliceGoulding.jpg” would be a photo of Alice from the first grade
Photos need to be received by June 16th to be included in the slideshow. E-mail promotion@mannptsa.org if you have any questions. Thanks!

Yearbook sales are closed. If you ordered a book, your child will receive their yearbook the final week of school.
There will be a small number of extra yearbooks for sale. Information on how to purchase one of those will be sent via Parent Square. E-mail yearbook@mannptsa.org if you have any questions.
