Welcome to our new client, SM-ART NFT - a platform for rare, high-value assets to be tokenized. NFT and NFA's are the words du jour – but we promise you it's more than just a moment on the lips, it's a lifetime movement in the rethinking and repositioning of art masterpieces by creating NFT's and fractionalizing ownership through NFA's – digital units that can be bought and sold easily – literally at a fraction of the cost. More on that just below.


Have you ever thought about who feeds the world? As in, where our food sources comes from? Roughly 81 percent of all food, feed and fuel crops were grown on farms of up to 199 hectares. Taking into account the average farm sizes of the biggest crop producing countries in the world, this number becomes less surprising. Getting Smart About NFTs

 

By now, you've probably heard of an NFT. It's becoming common parlance, you see. But do you know what it means? A quick demystification for you: NFT stands for non-fungible token. It more or less means that it’s unique and can’t be replaced with something else. NFTs are part of the Ethereum blockchain. Ethereum is a cryptocurrency, like bitcoin or dogecoin, but its blockchain also supports these NFTs, which store extra information. NFTs can really be anything digital (such as drawings, music, your brain downloaded and turned into an AI), but a lot of the current excitement is around using the tech to sell digital art.
