Tell the EPA to stop allowing toxic coal ash waste to remain in groundwater and move it away from our waterways. Attend the virtual hearing on September 3 and/or submit written comments through September 14.
Black Warrior Riverkeeper Investigating Fish Kill on Mulberry Fork
In late August, Riverkeeper Nelson Brooke documented dead fish from Cordova 12 miles upstream to the confluence of the Mulberry and Sipsey forks at Sipsey, and 5 miles upstream on the Mulberry Fork.
