Do not put off Tomorrow, what you can do Today! And so goes the theme for Burning Man 2025.... Tomorrow Today!
2024 was truly an amazing year for Reverbia and we will be riding that calm wind into 2025. We had one of the most positively responded camp surveys in the history of Reverbia and this was a tribute to our Leadership, Veteran Community, New Kitchen Team (first year Burners), Artists, and Camper attitude. So far, 100% of our Core Leads and 95% of our Area Leads and Co-Leads, have committed to returning to their volunteer positions for 2025. Some former veteran Leads are also going to be returning and contributing to Reverbia, as well as some new leadership faces. The news of these Leadership commitments should elevate Reverbia into another strong organizational year. We are also looking forward to more of our veteran Reverbia campers returning to the Playa… so that all aspects of our programming and infrastructure will be Reverbia Amazing together.
What can you do Today for Tomorrow? Perhaps you can Step up your Reverbia volunteer participation through Leadership, Build team, Exit Team, or the Kitchen Team? We also need a load and load out crew in Eugene. Or perhaps you can just offer your veteran mentoring to each volunteer shift you gift?
With the Steward Sale approaching in February/March, a guaranteed ticket may be in your Tomorrow plans? We will once again have a priority order for guaranteed Steward tickets and then seek to fill in the rest of our available ticket slots with another Veteran ticket lottery.
What are we doing Today for Tomorrow?
In 2025, we will continue our population scale down at Reverbia... to again less impact the structure of our kitchen and infrastructure... and to reduce our compost waste to a manageable amount. Last year, we were able to greatly reduce all meal and shower lines and we had plenty of tenting space in our shade structures. Reverbia will still be a larger camp… as with 4 stages and 130 hours of live music programming, we will need a certain number of volunteers.
We loved our 8:15 location and will attempt to return to that side of the city where we doubled much of our day programming and Teahouse walk up numbers. Last year’s Live Music Yoga drew an average of 200 attendees per class… which was no doubt also assisted by our new shade structure… The Horizon Pavilion.
What are we programming today for Tomorrow?
We had an immense response from our 2024 artists, who at the end of Burning Man, asked about returning to Reverbia in 2025. We also have many artists from previous years, as well as new to our camp artists, inquiring about performing at our camp for 2025. While we cannot tell you which groups are already confirmed or not… We will announce that Reverbia will be doing the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here” performed by Eminence Ensemble and an All-Star array of guest performers. This should equal our Dark Side of the Moon attendance from 2023.
The Burning Man Timeline is afoot and we need to begin our steps Today for Tomorrow.

Our priority needs are with an Acculturalization Lead position, another Co-Lead for design and decor…, and participants for Build Team, Kitchen Team (must have kitchen experience) and Exit Team.

Timeline for Reverbia Dates:
Thru January 17th - Theme Camps were asked to submit an intention to return. Since Reverbia is in good standing, we said "Placement we are coming home” filled out a form... and then we were accepted. We are submitted as a camp in good standing for 2025!
Late February - Steward Ticket Sale name submission.
Mid March - Steward Ticket Sale
Mid March - Assisted Ticket Sale
Late April - Main Ticket Sale
May1st - Early DustBird Reverbia Registration begins for veterans of Reverbia.
May 10th - Regular Registration Begins
July 1st - Late Registration Begins
August 16-18 - Load Crew in Eugene
August 18-24 - Build Week Begins
August 19-24 - Kitchen Prep Week Begins (location TBA).
August 24-Sept 1 - Burning Man
Sept 1-2 - Exit Team (finishes before Sunset on Tuesday)
Sept 2-4 - TBA Post Kitchen load out crew and Clean Up (finishes Wednesday Sunset after Burn… location TBD)
