We are ready - and are looking forward to welcome you to the IFAJ Congress 2024 in Interlaken in 2 weeks' time: Welcome to Switzerland!
We are pleased to give you an update on the congress. You can also find lots of information on the
congress website and in the booklet (link below, you will receive a printed version on arrival).
Before departure Please
send us your arrival times by plane or train as soon as possible. So, we can inform the colleagues who will receive you at the airport in Zurich and the train station in Interlaken. We recommend downloading Google Maps Switzerland offline to save data on the journey and at the Congress.
Arrival In Zurich, please buy a train ticket directly at the airport train station or
online and take the train to Interlaken Ost/West (travel time approx. 2 1/4 hours). Make sure that you are on the ship in Interlaken West for the Welcome Cruise on the evening of Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 6 pm. All information can be found in the booklet and on the
website.
What to bring Please bring your backpacks and document bags as well as a water bottle to the congress. We will hand out the congress documents in a recyclable paper bag. The Congress organizers have decided not to overwhelm you with material that you all already do have.
At the time being we have a high season for tourism in Interlaken. Please don't be surprised if you meet many visitors from all over the world. Please familiarize yourselves with the congress booklet so that you are well prepared for your stay in Switzerland.
