Hello all

This Saturday (22nd July) Horizons Choir will be performing at their last event before the summer in the lovely gardens of The Packhorse pub. A free event, but you can book a table in advance if you want to eat and listen! (More details below)

It's a bit short notice, but I would love to invite you all to a first "listen"/preview of the new Horizons Album next week on Monday 22nd July at the Roper Theatre in Bath at 7:45pm. It will allow me to play the album on a decent stereo system and give some of the choir and it's supporters a round of applause! The event is free, and just under an hour long and very informal. Please bring your own flask of tea or plastic glass of wine! There will not be many of you - so do bring a friend or relation! Before each song I'll give a quick description of the piece, including why/how it was written.

ChoirLab24 Early Bird reduced priced Tickets finish at the end of this month. So if you want to ensure your choices of workshops, book early. It's going to be another cracking day of all sorts of choir styles - it's a brilliant day!

CHOIRS IN THE PUB GARDEN
Saturday 20th July from 7:00pm
The Packhorse, Southstoke

Horizons Choir, The Notebales, The Bellini Girls, The Combe Down Community Choir and City Sound Voices will be performing short sets outside in the garden of The Packhorse Pub in Southstoke. It's a fabulous community owned pub, with great food, beer and a wonderful summer garden. A free evening, raising some money for a local charity through a bucket collection. The sun will shine, the choirs will smile, the beer and cider will flow - what a great way to end the summer term.

The event is free. Please come by bus to the Cross keys and then walk to the pub. Cycle or park near to the Cross Keys pub on Midford Road and stroll to the pub. Do not attempt to park in the car park or the village - there will not be room!

MY FAIR LADY - Theatre Royal Bath
10th - 14th September

I will be conducting this show at the Theatre Royal Bath. Come and hear a 19 piece orchestra and a fabulous cast perform this much loved show.
