Saturday 21st March
Ipswich Chamber choir are presenting a new work in support of Papyrus Prevention of young suicide. It is called Carry Me Home and was written by local composer Ben Ponniah in memory of his childhood friend Alex They have asked us to share the event information with you all. The link is below

Saturday May 30th
Everyone is warmly invited to attend a service of remembrance for those bereaved by suicide.
The service will be held at Norwich Anglican Cathedral at 4.30pm.
We look forward to seeing you there.

As the days are getting longer and warmer weather (we hope) returns how about planning some walks or cycle rides in our beautiful counties. Being outside is good for our mental and physical wellbeing. If you dont feel like going alone there are groups and informal sessions you could join.
