To our newly bereaved survivors, we warmly welcome you to HOPE.
We understand that this newsletter may feel like an information overload at this stage of your journey, so you may wish to scroll down to the Group Meetings and Support sections for now.
HOPE NOTICEBOARD
A letter from our trustees.
Dear Friend,
As Trustees, we are very aware that Hope has experienced some significant changes over the past few years. Because of this, we feel it is the right time to bring people together. We would love to meet with you in person to celebrate everything that has been achieved through Hope, and to hear your thoughts and ideas about what you would like Hope to achieve in the short, medium, and long-term future.
Hope continues to grow thanks to the dedication of so many people. We are fortunate to have some wonderful counsellors, incredible individuals who offer listening support, and six peer-led groups run by committed members of Hope. Your voice has always been central to what we do, and we want to ensure that continues.
To help us plan the meeting, we would really value your thoughts on a few things:
Location: Where would you ideally like this meeting to take place? We are considering somewhere central, such as Diss or Norwich.
Time of day: Would you prefer a morning or afternoon meeting?
What you’d like included: What would you most like to hear about or see at this meeting?
The gathering would include the Trustees, Hope staff members Nettie and Hazel, and some of our counsellors. We will also provide refreshments. During the meeting, there will be time for the Trustees to share our reflections and plans, as well as plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.
Everyone who attends will receive a small Hope information pack, which will include posters, leaflets, and a Hope pin badge. We know how valuable Hope’s support is, and we hope these packs will help you share information with others so that more people know where support is available.
Hope is a peer-led charity, and your input is essential. Hearing from you helps us ensure we continue providing the support people need, while also being realistic about what we can deliver financially.
with your thoughts on the questions above. Once we have gathered everyone’s feedback, we will confirm the date, time, and location in our May Newsletter.
We truly hope you will be able to join us and help shape the future of Hope.
With warm wishes,
Chris, Lucy, Dan, Ian and Colin

As the days are getting longer and warmer weather (we hope) returns how about planning some walks or cycle rides in our beautiful counties. Being outside is good for our mental and physical wellbeing. If you dont feel like going alone there are groups and informal sessions you could join.
Here is a link to give you some ideas.
Any photos or feedback would be great to receive we can share them in our next newsletter.
