Welcome back to The 90%!
With the Olympics in full swing (and the Paralympics soon to follow), here's a thought from Bob Bowman, Michael Phelps' coach.

"When you’re at the Olympic Games, I would say it’s 90% mental and 10% physical."

Over 90% of Olympians use mental rehearsal (also known as visualization or imagery).  Why? Because it works.  Check out the infographic below to learn why it works and how to use it to help your own performance.
