There will be two or three ONLINE meetings in March/April. Current committee members are the current President, Treasurer and Secretary. Next School Year 2022-2023 Newsletter Editor: Do you enjoy reading Bear Tracks and its articles? Do you wish you had more input on which articles are published? This is your chance to flex your creative, and journalistic muscles to curate and edit our bi-monthly newsletter. Our newsletter software is easy and manageable to pick up! Spend about 1 hour per week keeping your fellow RMS families up-to-date on the latest news!
Treasurer: This is an ESSENTIAL role and your valuable time will be highly valued by RMS students and families! You will be writing checks, making budgetary recommendations and using our accounting software. New to the role? Training can start this year, asap!
VP of Communications: Help manage PTSA communications platforms (website, MS Office, Facebook). Some setup is required at the beginning of the school year, however, most applications are self-managing after initial setup.If you're interested in any of the roles for next year, please contact nomcomm@rmsptsa.org or easily fill out the online RMS PTSA Recommendation Form!

PTSA Robotics Club: Team 2 Wins 4th Place!

On February 26, RMS PTSA Robotics Team 2 - VEX 72727Y won 4th place in Washington State 2022 Washington VEX IQ Middle School State Championship! The team will compete at the World Championship 2022 in May at Dallas, Texas. Congratulations to Arvid S., Ryan C., Aarav A., Kris B. and Sahdah N. to a job well done!

Congratulations on great shows last weekend to RMS PTSA Drama production of "The Wizard of Oz" and all cast and crew participants, volunteers, coordinators and all the behind-the-scenes helpers that made this show possible! The show was completely run by the students and we are very proud of all their accomplishment!

LWPTSA Student and Staff Scholarships (Repeat)
| The Lake Washington PTSA Council is pleased to roll out its 2022 Scholarship Program! Council offers several student scholarships and two $500 staff scholarships every spring. This year’s Student Scholarship Program will include 13 scholarships of $1,250 each. Applications for both staff and student scholarships are due by midnight on March 25, 2022. The Scholarship Program is funded by money raised at the Council’s annual Scholarship Auction, by annual donations from the 44 PTSAs in our Council, the LWEA, and by donations from the greater community.
