Music to Move Us Forward

On Thursday, the Middle School and High School Choirs presented Music to Move Us Forward a celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and the Wisconsinites who moved the nation forward.

In addition to the concert, student artwork inspired by Wisconsin's Civil Rights workers was on display, as was an examination of Wisconsin's role in the Civil Rights movement through a display on loan from the Wisconsin Black History Museum and Wisconsin Historical Society.
Update from the Superintendent
Our High School is performing the award-winning show Legally Blonde – a musical based on a book and a 2001 movie by the same name.
There are three components to a musical, the actors, the orchestra, and the stage crew. In this episode, we go behind the scenes and talk to members of the crew who build the scenes that transform our theater into the world of Legally Blonde.
