It’s September, and not only is China getting back to school, but art is in the air (I’ll have to get back to you about whether or not these two occurrences are connected). Not only did Shanghai art fair Art021 make its Hong Kong debut last week, but based on Instagram and WeChat Moments, it looks like half of the Chinese art world is currently in Seoul for the Frieze fair and a spate of museum openings.
