Before we Begin...Let me tell all of our Reverbia Community that our Reverbia Campout is confirmed for October 18-20th at Havenroot Camp in Veneta, OR. The Testimonials are IN!!! This is a momentous weekend of smaller community connection (100 people) which will include: live music shows, workshops, campfire, sauna, mini radiance dome, recreation, and cabin or tent camping in the cool pine forests of Oregon. Eugene Airport is 20 minutes. If you cannot attend the Burn...stay connected with your Reverbia Community at the Campout. IF you attend the Burn...come make the Campout your Decompression retreat!

Reverbia Leadership is wanting to lower our camp size down to around 225-250 people (formerly 325 people). We are also hoping to keep our registration cost sharing dues in the same price range as 2023 for basic camping which includes meals, water, power, etc. RVs, Vans, larger footprints and other personal AC needs will be extra. Camping vehicles and larger tents will need to be shared.

 
The Main Sale has ended and now if you are still in need of tickets to attend Burning man...there are a couple of avenues.

1. Step Program - Sign up for the STEP program as soon as it opens, information can be found at https://tickets.burningman.org/ . This will put you in line for tickets at cost, when someone who cannot attend puts their tickets into the Step Program to sell to other Burners. STEP is first come / first serve program so it is very important to enter STEP the moment that it opens. Many Reverbians have had success with STEP.
2. Ticket Aid Program - Ongoing. This is for all lower income people. The ticket price is half off the regular Burning Man ticket price.
3. OMG Sale - 3,000 tickets will be sold later in the Summer.
4. Reverbia RIDE and Sustainability Tickets - Reverbia will receive a small amount of tickets in July through the RIDE (Radical Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) and Sustainability (dedicated to supporting improved environmental sustainability) Programs. Please let us know reverbia.camp.apps@gmail.com if you are in need of tickets and we can place you on our priority list for this allotment of tickets
5. Reverbia Ticket Holders - Through the Steward Sale, Reverbians bought an extra ticket to sell to people of Community Service Priority: Build, Exit, Kitchen, Leadership. If these needs have been fulfilled, then Veterans may quickly find a ticket through our own resources. If all other needs are covered...then a New Reverbia can be on this list.

Kitchen Team - Our Kitchen staff will contribute throughout the Burn Week for their specified service. Priority access to tickets, reduced camping fees and meals, shade and lounge area for camping are provided. Consists of 4-5 volunteer shifts per Burn Week, plus kitchen prep, set up and tear down. Availability begins August 20th-23rd. Must have food service or culinary experience. With the retirement of Chef Erik...we will be in need of some veteran kitchen leadership along with new kitchen experienced volunteers. Contact reverbia.pkw@gmail.com for more information.
 
Exit Team - Close down Black Rock City and avoid long traffic lines. Our Exit Team finishes the final packing from our All Camp Tear Down Day...then Moops the Reverbia Real Estate. We have a special Monday night Dinner and Decompression...then finish our volunteer service by Tuesday. Must be able to stay until Tuesday at Sunset. Priority Ticket Access is offered...and Meals during Exit Team Service. Only 15 spaces available. Contact reverbia.exit@gmail.com if interested.

Leadership Openings - Reverbia is looking to cover a few Leadership positions. Interested people must have patience, be able to mentor people with wisdom and kindness, have Reverbia experience, and be a 10 Principled Burner. We have 26 Lead positions in our camp, so you will not be alone. Inquire at Reverbia.bman@gmail.com for the possible leadership positions available which include:
