Together in 2026: Turning Compassion Into Action
As we journey through 2026, we are reminded every day of the incredible strength within our community of survivors. Each of you carries a story of love, loss, resilience, and hope. When you choose to share that strength—whether quietly or boldly—you help build a world where no one has to face the impact of suicide alone.
This year, we’re inviting our community to shape the conversation in Suffolk and Norfolk by creating your own fundraising or awareness initiatives. Big or small, simple or ambitious, every action matters. You might choose to host a coffee morning, organise a memorial walk, run a craft sale, set yourself a personal fitness challenge, or create an online awareness campaign that encourages open, compassionate conversations about suicide bereavement.
When survivors lead the way, something powerful happens people listen. Stigma softens. Understanding grows. And vital support reaches those who need it most.
If you feel inspired to turn your experience into something that helps others, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Reach out to our team for ideas, resources, and guidance office@hopeaftersuicideloss.org.uk together, we can make 2026 a year of connection, courage, and community-led change.
Your voice matters. Your story matters. And your actions can help light the path for someone else.
