It is an exciting time for MMTA teachers and students. In this issue of MMT, you will find information on the annual state conference, MTNA competitions, and more. Â
We invite you to the 2023 MMTA Annual Conference, Friday & Saturday, October 20-21, at Oakland University, School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, Rochester.Â
The local association host, Metropolitan Detroit Musicians League Conference Committee and state leadership began work immediately after the last conference to bring to you a spectacular event including concert artist performances, artist-educator presentations, student award recitals, and as importantly, time for you to network and collaborate with your colleagues. Â
All conference information, along with website and program advertising, is updated on the MMTA website as it is finalized. See the conference registration in this e-newsletter. PLEASE PLAN EARLY!Â
