The holidays can be challenging, especially with the increased cost of so many things. We know that asking for help can be really hard! The good news is there are lots of programs offering assistance and services during the holiday season. Click the buttom for a list to get you started.

FREE and Virtual: Get Trained in Youth Mental Health First Aid
|
Learners complete a 2-hour, self paced online course and then participate in the instructor-led virtual training on January 24th from 9:00 - 4:00.
