Pilot Program

We continue to expand our programs!

This program runs

Sundays at 3pm - 4pm

March 30 - May 11 (Off April 20)

$100 per participant

Includes Professional Trainers, Shirt, Medal, Motivational bracelets, and more!

*Participants will meet in gym ready for instruction

*Participants will be divided into appropriate groups for each station

*After receiving instructions, they will begin a station circuit training routine

*Participants will be given bracelets at the end of each work out highlighting core values

We've been weathering these cold months with Bowling and Skating has been so much fun! If you've been with us these last few weeks, we hope you're enjoying it!
