2025 Community Survey + Gift Cards

We want to know what you see and how you feel about substance use in your community.

Your participation helps inform prevention work and guides the use of effective strategies to prevent alcohol and/or drug misuse among Upper Valley and Greater Sullivan County youth and young adults.

The anonymous survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and there is an opportunity to win 1 of 10 $20 Amazon gift cards!

VT Substance Use Conference

The Vermont Department of Health, Division of Substance Use Programs, in partnership with the Vermont Cooperative for Practice Improvement & Innovation (VCPI), has announced the dates for the 2025 Vermont Substance Use Conference.

On May 20th and 21st, 2025 we will gather at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Burlington. Participants will share their knowledge and experience as we work to improve substance use services in Vermont. Please join us!

Apply for Seasonal Fuel Assistance

The Vermont Seasonal Fuel Assistance program can provide any eligible person with fuel assistance by paying their heat directly to a fuel supplier, or by giving assistance to people whose rent includes the cost of heat.
