Virtual Meeting Invitation from Councillor Saxe

Councillor Saxe has just advised us that she is hosting a virtual meeting along with City Staff to discuss road safety in the community. You have expressed your concerns about making safety a priority on Avenue Road, so this is an excellent opportunity to hear from the Councillor and City staff and to share your opinions directly with them about the need to implement the proposed Avenue Road Improvements to support safety for all users of Avenue Road.

Road safety is important for residents of local streets but also vital for the thousands of people travelling daily along the dangerous six-lane section of Avenue Road between St. Clair and Bloor. Please make time to attend the meeting.

Remember, road safety is a right for EVERYONE.

Virtual meeting: Thursday, May 9, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

ActiveTO Yonge Street Cycling Network Expansion and potential impacts resulting from the Avenue Road Study proposal.
