I'm a big fan of acronyms. They're memorable and highly effective. In my last newsletter, I highlighted the STOP method. This week, I'm sharing my favorite acronym of all - WIN - What's Important Now. The beauty of WIN is that it can be used everywhere. It drives focus to the present and promotes a process-oriented approach. When we focus on the win, we're less likely to achieve it. When we focus on WIN, we also become more likely to earn the win.
