🚀  The New Global Fellowship Cohort 4 is Here!

The work of building a more just world continues, and we are thrilled to announce that our next Global Fellowship cohort is here —a powerful group of 12 leaders committed to our mission of ending the cycle of violence through a trauma-informed approach. This new cohort brings incredible diversity, spanning North America, Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, and India. We can’t wait for you to meet the brilliant minds who will be driving change and healing in their communities and beyond!

✨ Parity Lab becomes Stevie Awards Finalist!

We are so proud to announce that Parity Lab has been named a finalist in the prestigious 2025 Stevie Awards for Women in Business! Chosen from over 1,500 nominations from 48 nations, this recognition is a testament to our team's hard work and the powerful impact of our survivor-led model. 
The final Gold, Silver, and Bronze award placements will be announced at a ceremony on November 10 in New York. PL will keep you updated! :’)

Linda Kisaakye — Centering Healing in Healthcare
Our incredible Global Fellowship alumna, Linda Kisaakye, Senior Program Officer, PMTCT, Ministry of Health, Uganda, recently led a powerful session on trauma-informed leadership and team well-being in healthcare settings.
The conversation focused on vital strategies for supporting healthcare workers, a community that faces immense trauma and burnout. Linda highlighted the importance of building personal connections, addressing conflict through compassionate communication, and integrating mental health into a unified approach.
📣 Alumna Spotlight: Anita’s Leadership Leads to 10x Media Attention
Our Grameen Jyothi Fellow alumna, Anita Kamble, recently had her inspiring work featured in The Better India through a collaboration with Parity Lab. This national visibility led to a remarkable 10-fold increase in media attention for her organization, with her work being highlighted in over 20+ news outlets. This powerful coverage has opened doors to new funding streams, partnerships, and significantly strengthened her organization’s reach and influence.
🎉 Alumni Organizations Join Dasra’s Rebuild India Fund
We are thrilled to share that all three of our Cohort-1 organizations—Samarthya, Jharkhand Mahila Uthan, and Sahjani Shiksha Kendra—have reached a major milestone, securing vital funding from Dasra’s Rebuild India Fund.
