We're so proud of our Case Management team for successfully housing 14 clients in August.
One of the 14 clients was a veteran who was homeless for three years. Due to his lack of income, our case management team referred him to legal services who helped him receive supplemental security income.
He began searching for housing and was connected with Supportive Services for Veteran and Families, a CESC community partner, who assisted him in obtaining important documents and achieving stable housing.
