📣 We Published the Anchor™ Framework!

We are so happy to officially launch the Anchor™ Framework, Parity Lab’s structured pathway for transforming personal healing into systemic change that prevents gender-based violence.

For too long, trauma healing and leadership development have existed in silos. The Anchor Framework bridges this divide by offering a dual approach: attending to personal emotional wounds while rebuilding systems that reproduce harm.
This framework marks a milestone moment in our commitment to reimagining power, leadership, and resilience through a trauma-informed lens.

Resources📚 :

This month, we’re inspired by a brilliant Forbes article by Sébastien Page, Chief Investment Officer at T. Rowe Price, who powerfully challenges the myth of the "Always On, Always Decisive" leader.
Great leadership is not about volume, speed, or constant certainty. It’s about emotional intelligence, strategic clarity, and humility.
Key insights that resonated with us:
  • Listening over Talking — leaders who listen understand more, lead better.
  • Strategic Quitting — knowing what not to pursue is a superpower.
  • Beware of Goal-Induced Blindness — relentless ambition can block systemic awareness.
A must-read for trauma-informed and emotionally intelligent leadership practitioners. Head here to read the full article!
