1.HOPE NOTICEBOARD

Dates for your diary.

Saturday May 30th

Everyone is warmly invited to attend a service of remembrance for those bereaved by suicide.

The service will be held at Norwich Anglican Cathedral at 4.30pm.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Friday 3rd July

We are pleased that we will be having a stall at the upcoming Norfolk and Suffolk health and care expo at Newmarket Racecourse. We will be in the Communities Zone please come along and see us if you are there.

2.HOPE 2026 GROUP MEETING DATES

Do come along to one of our monthly group meetings if you can - as ever, you'll be assured of a warm welcome. You are welcome to join or re-join our groups whenever you want to. You can see the dates of all our monthly meetings on our website, and you are also welcome to reach out to Nettie for a copy of all the group details: hopeaftersuicideloss.org.uk/group-meetings/

We know it can feel a bit nerve-wracking joining a new group for the first time, so if you'd like to be connected to your local group facilitator beforehand, let Nettie know. Nettie will also give you the addresses of all the groups for your reference: office@hopeaftersuicideloss.org.uk

We are also sharing with you today the dates for all HOPE group meetings taking place in 2026, hopefully we haven't missed any bank holidays in there! If you would like a copy of these for yourself or to print out, just send Nettie an email and she will send you a PDF version.

3.SUPPORT

If you, or anyone you know, is in need of support from HOPE, please get in touch or feel free to share our contact details. We offer peer-to-peer monthly group meetings, one-to-one bereavement support (phone or video call), and a limited amount of counselling support from trained professionals.

Virgin Wines is fundraising for HOPE after Suicide Loss

Charlie Banks is running in this year’s Kings Lynn Bespak Gear 10K to raise funds for HOPE after suicide loss. The event is on Sunday 3^rd May.

If you are in the area and see him running (he will be wearing one of our t-shirts) please cheer him on and if you are able to donate here is the link to his Just Giving Page

Not joined yet? Sign up to easyfundraising and when you shop online with your favourite brands, they’ll donate to us. It's free and your shopping won't cost you any extra - the brands you shop with will donate, not you!

How does it work?

Simply create an account with Easyfundraising, and choose Hope After Suicide Loss as the cause you want to support. After this, if you are on your browser using your laptop or PC, you click the button which says 'Donation Reminder' - this adds an extension to whatever browser you are using, which will remind you to use Easyfundraising whenever you are making an eligible purchase online. It is safe, secure, and won't slow your browser down. There is also an Easyfundraising app you can download onto your smart device (phone, iPad, etc.) which will help you to include a donation from your retailer to HOPE when you are making an eligible purchase.Just scan the QR code below
