Alright my beautiful subbies, we've got some changes going on and I need your full attention.
First of the updates: I am changing my pen name!😱
I've been thinking about it for a while, I've posted numerous sporadic polls without doing anything with the results. As you can probably tell, it took a lot for me to make this decision, but for a number of reasons, this is the right move.
Unfortunately, visibility of my books is already in the crapper because Amazon don't like to show 18+ books. FYI, authors must claim whether their books have explicit content or not. This severely masks our books, and so if you've searched for my books and struggled, it's because of this!
Top tip: When searching for your favourite author's books, click kindle store.
I'm also battling with Goodreads. There is another author with the same pen name as me, and while I love that, Goodreads keep sending my books to the other author's library. It's a pain in the ass because I don't get the ratings or reviews! It's been such a hassle to ask them to move my books, so I've decided a name change, that nobody has, is the next step.
It does require a lot of work, admin, and support. So if you ever see a post of mine pop up on your feed, I would really appreciate you sharing it and getting the word out. Word of mouth goes along way and I honestly can't do it without you!
Second of the updates: Now that the boring shit is out of the way, I am pleased to announce that I will be attending my very first book signing in July 2024! I know, I know. It's a while away, but I wanted to share the news with you all first! Put the date in your diary, and I hope to see you there!
There will be more book signings coming up, and I will release these dates once officially confirmed.
