Everyone Plays

Will you help tell the other families at your kids' school about AYSO? If you can post a flyer or arrange to display a banner, please email Region 13 will be raising funds to offer scholarships and equipment to anyone who needs it, so there's no excuse not to join.

Returning to play

Remember when we did this? Well, Region 13 is preparing for a soccer season in the Fall! If you'd like to help make it happen, or if you have any suggestions for how 2021 can be the best season ever, please email Registration starts in May.

May 8 Register for fall soccer!

EXTRA is a soccer league for for those who want to play at a more competitive level, while adhering to AYSO’s emphasis on player development over winning, good sportsmanship, and positive coaching. Everyone plays in every game; nobody will be benched. Some advanced players will stay in the EXTRA program for years. Others will do it for a few years, and decide to return to play in the regular fall season, sharing their skills with the broader Region 13 population. EXTRA players do not play on regular Fall (Core) Season teams, nor in All-Stars.

The EXTRA season goes from August through February, and teams usually stay together to play in the Spring Cup and tournaments through the summer. More at

Pandemic watch

It's not over yet. Just as when a game goes to penalty kicks, it's important to keep your cool. Please, remain vigilant, avoid crowds, and continue to wear a mask. Even if you're vaccinated, you can still spread the disease, and we need a healthy community so we can get back to fun things like AYSO soccer.

Message from the Commissioner

I'm excited for soccer to return! The board of directors and I have been working to prepare for a reopening, and things are looking good for a mostly-normal fall soccer season. We could still use some help, so if you're interested in getting involved, on the coaching staff, referee staff, or behind the scenes, please let me know!

See you on the field,
Taj Chiu, Region 13 Commissioner
