HEY, Y'ALL! I hope the first few weeks of school have been going well for our student volunteers (and all their parents too)! We are going to keep our cleanup program going throughout the school year, as well as our private cleanups and school/group presentations. With enough public support, we can convince EPA to denying Alabama’s unsafe coal-ash program & ensure that Alabamians get the same protections as other people in the Southeast.
In October, our Outreach Coordinator, Katie Fagan, will be leaving us to move to England. However, we will have one Katie out and one Katie in, as Katie Holmes takes over the outreach position.
