Tuscaloosa Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Day on June 7
The City of Tuscaloosa will host its free annual Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Day on Saturday, June 7 from 8 a.m. to noon for Tuscaloosa County residents.
During Public Health Week, the UAB School of Public Health awarded Black Warrior Riverkeeper with this year's Lou Wooster Public Health Hero Award, recognizing "unconventional public health heroes."
