Hello Reverbians 2026!
We are about a month away from our Build Team arriving onto Playa and the flat lunar surface of Black Rock Desert. Our Leadership Team has been meeting and planning accordingly for all that will become Reverbia! We cannot wait to Build, share Community, gift our live music to BRC... and watch the Man and Temple Burn at Axis Mundi.
After being the largest Theme Camp in BRC, we decided to scale our camp back from our peak 343 campers, by lowering our numbers about 20-40 campers each year. For Axis Mundi, we are shooting for 225 Reverbians. This may be our comfort zone number as we achieve a tighter community, while still being able to execute the live music programming, which has made Reverbia a favorite Burning Man camp of many.
Due to Geopolitics, Economic uncertainty, and past weather patterns, Burning Man was down in their ticket sales expectations... Theme camps acknowledged this down cycle with their own lower registrations.... including Reverbia. But then something changed a couple weeks ago, and our camp applications rose to their highest levels of any Burn this time of year... which followed by a major pick up in registrations.
I like to think the FOMO set in... but it is more practical that the amazing Burning Man documentary released on HBO... was a direct cause and effect.
For whatever reason... we hope that if people have been on the fence this year... that they will jump on our side of the fence for this potentially amazing Burning Man. Our Artists list is growing into incredible... and we are nearly booked! All I can say at this time is MUSIC WOW!

Zoom info will be sent out on Aug 1 (time TBD) to all those Reverbians that have paid their invoice and have been assigned to those two teams.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE
This year, every Reverbian will be required to volunteer 12 points of Reverbia service at a minimum. Points equal about 1 hour per point, with some shifts more weighted. If you haven't paid your invoice you will not be sent the volunteer sign up sheets and miss out on getting the shifts you want.
Volunteers for LNT, Production Managers, Placement... will be pre-selected.

REGISTRATION
IF you have friends and partners who you want to come this year, or have a friend who is thinking of coming but hasn't registered, then the time is nigh. We are now under Late Registration at $480 for Basic Camping/meals etc... and this amount is still a very good deal for camping in a theme camp at Burning Man... let alone a camp which is located on the Esplanade.
TICKETS
If you have registered with Reverbia and need a ticket, our camp has a few tickets at $670 circulating, Check through our admin lead Nicole for this ticket info at

Registration for Burning Man's upcoming OMG sale is now open. The sale will start on July 29 at 12:00 pm (noon) PDT.
You can also participate in Burning Man's STEP program to obtain tickets and a vehicle pass. Ticket Aid is still open and if you qualify... tickets are $225.
MOOP SQUADIn addition to your regular 12 points, most volunteer teams are required to sign up for 1 moop shift (duration one hour). Moop shifts are every day (Monday through Friday) from 8 am to 9 am. Sign up for your preferred day, and set your alarm. Moop Squad will be led by the LNT Team and meet in the Bat Wing (dining area). If you don't know what mooping is, you will find out at our Newbie meeting mentioned above! Exit Team and Build Team are exempt from the mandatory moop squad, but are always welcome to join in.
INVOICESInvoices must be paid ASAP... as we fill up, we will be removing unpaid registrations and allowing people from our waiting list to sign up and join our camp. Right now we are not full... but we will be soon. If you have not received an invoice, please email

EUGENE LOAD IN AND OUT
We are looking for 2 people willing to assist Chase and Alden on loading up our truck in Eugene for its journey to the Playa... and for unloading our truck back in Eugene after the Burn.
Load out will be Saturday and Sunday, August 22-23
Load back in Eugene will be Wednesday, September 9th.
BUILD TEAM
The Build Team needs a couple more construction skill set people to add to the team this year. We need more Exit Team volunteers.
Why Exit???
Exit Team does not have to do any volunteer service during the Burn Week.
Meals for the Exit Team are covered.
Avoid Exodus lines of over 8-12 hours! Drive off Playa in less than 1 hour!
Get to see Black Rock City taken down in a couple of days.
Join our traditional Monday night Potluck and Decompression Campfire
Be a part of a small team who really connect with one another through stories, songs, and jokes... while loading and mooping our 3 acres.
Any commitment to the Exit team... commits to staying until the final moop on Tuesday (usually ending a couple of hours before Sunset).
Camp Director Doug and Finance Manager Wendy will be the last to Exit Playa... so come and assist us to leave before Tuesday Sept 8th Sunset (when we have to be off Playa)
We welcome any assistance on Monday Sept 7th (avoid long lines)... but all assistance needs to be packed up and car parked on the side of our property by 9am Tuesday Morning. Exit Team Must be able to Stay until Tuesday Sunset (if we are efficient...we will leave sooner).

We really are looking forward to reconnecting with our past campmates and meeting our new campmates!
