Thank you from Catholic Mission: Propagation of the Faith Appeal |
Gratitude for Your Support! We extend our heartfelt thanks for your generous backing of this year's Appeal for the Propagation of the Faith. Through your help, Church workers in 1047 mission dioceses have been able to share the Good News within their local communities. Thank you for contributing to the amount of $70.00 which was raised by St Joan of Arc community for Catholic Mission. Your support this year will enable Sr. Carolina to continue to provide life-saving treatment and access to resources on health and well-being. Your gift also supports mission programs around the world that reach out and give life to those in most need.

Remexio Timor Leste Called |
Catherine an ex teacher & Heather also from Sacred Heart answered the call. We checked out the new playground in the kindergarten & painted each day motivating the builder to complete the task. We signed 3 year 10 students for their next 2 years of schooling with scholarships as their parents can’t afford for these excellent students to go to school. We signed 2 students for university in 2024 - nursing. I hope that Bayside Catholic Mission parishioners will support these students to achieve their dreams to better their community. Housing is improving with young people on work visas in Australia sending money home. We were well looked after by old friends, the housekeepers feeding us well and being welcomed by 2 new exceptional priests dedicated to Pope Francis & Laudate Si. - Heather McGrath
