A Newsletter from the School District of South Milwaukee

We are excited to get some feedback from you as we work to understand from everyone's perspective what is going well in our schools and where we can work together to make some improvements. Increasing family/caregiver engagement is a goal in our strategic plan, so we will do a survey like this each year in the spring moving forward to collect your feedback annually.

We are asking that you give us your thoughts and feedback on this school year. Please answer the questions based on the school and grade level that your child/ren were in during the 2023-24 school year. We will share the results of the survey with all stakeholders in the fall. We appreciate your feedback and support and wish everyone an enjoyable summer.

Please only fill out one survey per family.

Drop Off and Pick Up for Summer School

Elementary Summer School
All students will enter Door #1 (main entrance) each day starting at 7:55 AM. On the first day of school families may enter the building to help students find classrooms. After the first day of school, families must remain outside. Staff members will be available inside to help direct students.

The circle driveway in front of the middle school will be closed before and after school. Parking is available on 15th Avenue and the other surrounding streets in front of the middle school. Crossing guards will be present to help get across 15th Avenue. We do anticipate there will be a lot of traffic, so please allow time for parking and walking to the building. The city has No Parking signs on the streets surrounding the Middle School. Families DO NOT need to follow these signs during summer school hours.

Middle School
