You are invited to participate in public meetings to discuss branding and storytelling for Old Town.  Join us at one of the meetings listed below for community and a great conversation!

What: We invite you to share your thoughts, dreams, and ideas for Old Town as we reframe how we tell the story of our district through a new brand strategy. We want to hear from YOU, who live, work, and play here.

Who should come? If Old Town plays an important part in your life, culture, history, business, community or more, we would love for you to come! The meetings are open so please invite anyone who has a strong interest in Old Town.

We will be holding two stakeholder meetings on the same day to accommodate different schedules, so join us at whichever best suits yours.

The Route 66 Centennial is next year and Albuquerque and especially Old Town is going to be a major stop for those traveling the "mother road". We have created a committee to focus on sharing ideas, planning events, and communicating everything around Route 66 Centennial & Old Town. If this meeting interests you, please join!

Tourists love printed maps of Old Town. On any given day you can wander around the area and see tourists standing in the shade with their faces hidden behind an Old Town map. Merchants can choose to pay for a listing on any of the following three maps.

Old Town Map: Started by a few Old Town merchants with the goal of making a more affordable map, this map costs only $75 per year for a basic listing. The deadline for the summer printing is August 15th. Over 75+ merchants are represented on this map with a distribution of over 20k maps last year. If you would like to add your business to the map, you can sign up here.

Discovery Map: A staple in Albuquerque, this nationwide franchise has had a strong distribution in Old Town for years. Contact Jeff Stevens for pricing. Printing of this map is around October every year. This map also features other areas and listings throughout Albuquerque.

Church Street Cafe Map: Church Street Cafe has a map where the listings are free. Marie lists all businesses in Old Town when the menu is updated and reprinted.
