We’ve been Selected for a Competitive National Higher Education Fellowship
We're thrilled to announce that More Like US has been selected through a competitive application process to join the Organizational Cohort of the Bridging Differences in Higher Education Learning Fellowship from the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley.
This fellowship brings together organizations working across college campuses to strengthen dialogue. Beginning this September and continuing through next spring, Co-Founder and Executive Director James Coan will represent More Like US as part of this outstanding national group.
We're honored to learn alongside leaders from across the country as we continue expanding our work to motivate civil discourse on college campuses.
On the Air!
James and Co-Founder and Co-Chair Ann Schockett recently joined the Liberty Roundtable live broadcast (full episode) and the Outrage Overload podcast (short clip) to discuss perception gaps, civil discourse, and the work of More Like US.
A Summer of Teaching, Learning, and Sharing Ideas
Our co-founders have been busy traveling, teaching, and presenting our work.
This summer included:
Ann attending Liberalism for the 21st Century (LibCon 2026)
A research paper co-authored by James being presented at the Braver Angels National Convention
We're excited to have More Like US ideas reach new audiences in higher education and among broader efforts to improve America's political environment.
