Quote of the Week:

“In the history of art there are periods when bread seems so beautiful that it nearly gets into museums.” — Janet Flanner, Paris Was Yesterday, 1925-1939

NOTE: If this is your first Breadness Buzz, or  you've been part of our tribe but missed earlier posts, visit the Breadness Buzz Archive here and catch up on some Breaducation written especially for you. It's a great way to meet like-minded artisan sourdough aficionados and be part of this journey I started back in 2016. And now for this week's Buzz...

Got Questions? We've Got Answers!

I've been wanting to have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on our website for a long time. Probably the reason it took so long is it's a daunting task! There are so many questions I've answered over the years, it was tough to even confront creating the page. But I decided it's better to start the page and then add to it than to wait any longer, so here it is!

Your questions are welcome so, if after visiting the FAQ page, you have any questions you'd like answered, just reply to this e-mail and include your question(s) at the beginning of your reply. Questions can concern any of our products so no need to limit yourself to just our breads.

I look forward to expanding the FAQ page so that it becomes a valuable resource for all things Breadness.

The Sourdough People (TSP) Interview...

Our social media coordinator, Elizabeth, brought The Sourdough People to my attention. She followed them on Instagram and reached out to a contact there who then contacted me about doing an interview. Based in Canada and embracing a community of sourdough bakers from around the world, The Sourdough People is a welcoming and inclusive community website, bursting with content marketing that shines a spotlight on the most creative social media bakers, influencers, recipe creators, and product and brand owners. They're all about sharing the latest industry news, current events, and information for their community.

My interview, which went live just before I started writing this issue of the Breadness Buzz, can be found on the TSP website here. It is the most extensive written interview I've done to date (there are several photos mixed in as well). The questions required much thought and it took several blocks of time for me to do it justice. I hope you find it as engaging as I did writing it!
