Each year, the Scholarship Committee reviews and awards funding to outstanding students at the Pre-Athletic Training, Professional and Post-Professional levels—advancing the next generation of athletic trainers. Student Writing Contest is Now Open! The NATA Foundation’s Deloss Brubaker Athletic Training Student Writing Contest, sponsored by GLATA, is open. This annual competition awards a total of $1,000 across three divisions—Original Research ($500), Summary Evidence Research ($250), and Clinical Practice Research ($250). Open Call for Writing Group Members
The NATA Foundation Pronouncements Committee is seeking writing group members to help update upcoming NATA Position Statements on Skin Diseases and Patellofemoral Pain. These high-priority manuscripts will play a key role in shaping best practices for the athletic training profession. Researchers and clinicians are encouraged to apply, and applicants may also express interest in serving as lead author. Applications will be open though January 16, 2025. LEARN MORE
