In this months spotlight we interview label artists on their musical influences, inspiration, motivation & creative processes into music production!

Transcendence brings together three of your earlier tracks into a powerful, thematic EP. What inspired you to unify these particular songs under one concept, and what does the word “Transcendence” mean to you personally and musically? Over the last two years, each of these records captured a milestone in my life. Angels Are Calling was written when I first felt a glimmer of hope after a difficult period; Spirit came from the quiet, inward work of figuring out who I am without the noise; and Resurrection was the moment I realised I’d made it through and could celebrate that rebirth. When the label suggested grouping them, the word “Transcendence” immediately fit. To me it means rising above circumstance—taking every emotion, good or bad, and turning it into momentum. Musically that translates into longer arcs, soaring leads and pads that keep climbing, and transitions that feel like stepping into brighter air. I want the listener to feel lifted the way I did while writing them.
Now that "Angels Are Calling," "Spirit," and "Resurrection" are being presented as a collective body of work, how do you feel they connect or contrast with each other when listened to as a full journey? I’ve always heard them as three acts of one story. Angels Are Calling opens with ethereal vocal layers and an almost fragile melody—it’s the invitation. Spirit dives deeper with rolling bass and spacious breakdowns; it’s introspection, the ‘middle night’ where you decide what stays and what goes. Resurrection is pure release: a bigger kick, brighter supersaw lead, and those choir stabs that punch straight through the mix.
Both Angels Are Calling and Spirit hold deep personal meaning for me—they were dedicated to people I lost in my life. Writing them helped me process grief and find something beautiful within it. That emotional weight connects all three tracks, even as the energy evolves. Together they chart a curve from anticipation, through reflection, to euphoric breakthrough. Still, each track has its own colour—soft gold, deep indigo, electric white—so when you play the EP straight through there’s contrast as well as cohesion.
You were recently interviewed for “Blue Water,” which had its own distinct energy. How does Transcendence reflect a different side of your artistry, and where do you see your sound evolving next? Blue Water was very tactile for me—wet reverb tails, pulsing low‑end, almost like being inside the tide. Transcendence is the opposite element: it’s about air and light. The arrangements breathe more, the chords are wider, and even the drums leave more headroom so the melodies can climb. It shows my more spiritual, cinematic side.
Looking ahead, I’m exploring how to blend the two—retaining the emotional lift and wide-open progressions of Transcendence while grounding them with the immersive, physical textures from Blue Water. I want to create hybrid tracks that move from the pulse of the dancefloor into something almost sacred—maybe with live strings, ambient layers, or surprising tempo shifts. It’s about offering listeners a space to feel weightless, even just for a moment, and carry that feeling with them.

Orbitals blends dark, rave-driven energy with uplifting moments and intricate sound design. What was the vision behind this EP, and how did you approach crafting that balance between raw power and hypnotic atmosphere? For the Orbitals EP, Tech Trance has a dark side to me and a lighter techuplift side so the balance in style is maintained. Black and white like the Yin Yang sign.
Both “Orbitals” and “TecTech” feel like they exist on the edge of a futuristic soundscape—what inspired the sonic palette, especially the eerie drones, mechanical grooves, and that orbiting vocal element? Music is a transmission of a palette of colors and tones, there must be a common unity. Inspirations vary, depending on how the track is being made.
Tech trance is a constantly evolving space, and you seem to push its limits with each release. How do you see your sound progressing from here, and where do you think the genre is heading next? I think this genre will go a little further and even balance techtrance and hardtrance. You will soon hear the development of my sound again and what it will be we will find out shortly. Music is fun!
