Last call for artists, designers, & photographers with one clarification.

We are accepting artists, designers, & photographers who:

own or partially own a shop in Old Town
are an employee of a merchant in Old Town
or are property owner or resident in Old Town

The final day to submit your interest is this Thursday, July 11th by midnight.

The Old Town Cookie Crawl of 2023 was a very successful event (almost too successful on many accounts) and we will not only bring the event back for 2024 but make it significantly better! One way we plan to enhance the event is by introducing a Collectible Cookie Tin. This tin will not only encourage people to return year after year to collect the latest design but will also feature the art of an Old Town artist!

A Call for Artists, Designers, & Photographers in Old Town: We want this cookie tin to be designed by a local Old Town artist or photographer. In other words, an artist or photographer that has a shop or resides within Old Town.

How to Participate:

Communicate your interest (July 11th): Fill out the form below to confirm your interest, ensuring you qualify as an Old Town artist, designer, or photographer.
Begin Designing (July 12th): We will provide a template for the tin dimensions to all interested designers.
Submit Final Design by August 11th, 2024 by midnight: Once all the designs are submitted, we will send out a poll (via this newsletter) to the entire Old Town community to vote on the winning design for 2024. The winning designer will also get $1,000 for the rights to the design (to be paid in January 2025)!
Printing & Production: The winning design will be printed on 1,500 cookie tins, scheduled to arrive by late November, in time for the event.

Map Listing:

New Old Town Map: Listing is $75 per year. Feel free to subscribe at any point. You will be included in the next printing and your subscription will start the day maps are delivered with your business on them. Printing is done 3-4 times per year.

Discovery Map: Pricing is available by reaching out via the website.

Church Street Cafe Map: Church Street Cafe has a map where the listings are free. Marie lists all businesses in Old Town when the menu is updated and reprinted.
