Dear Friends, Partners, and Followers of the Cure Mito Foundation,
We're thrilled to announce that we've been selected to join the Rare As One (RAO) Network as recipients of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) Grant! This 5-year, $800,000 capacity-building grant is part of RAO's third cycle, designed to provide support through training, mentoring, research advancement, and network development.
Over the past several years, we have worked tirelessly raising funds for research, developing our registry, organizing annual conferences, and much more, all with the aim of bringing our community together, being a trusted and a reliable partner, and ultimately making a real difference in the lives of those affected by Leigh syndrome.
This journey has been challenging at times, but our sense of purpose has kept us focused and moving forward.
We are honored to have our efforts recognized through the award of the CZI grant. This support will transform and elevate our current work to new heights, allowing us to make a much greater impact.
We would like to thank all who stood by us, believing in us and encouraging us to keep going.
We are deeply grateful for this opportunity and the trust placed in our organization. Please learn more
HERE and stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this exciting next chapter!
Warm regards,
The Cure Mito Foundation Team
