To The Moon 2025 Know Before You Go

We are all so excited to welcome each of you home to the Quantum Carnival at To The Moon! Before you lift off here are some things to know to ensure your landing is a success.

Gate Hours: GATE CLOSES AT NOON SATURDAY

Wednesday 5/28/2025 12pm-9pm CDT Early Entry - must have early entry

Thursday 5/29/2025 10am-12am CDT General Admission

Friday 5/30/2025 10am-12am CDT General Admission

Saturday 5/31/2025 9am-12pm CDT General Admission

Gate Procedure:

When you arrive at Gate you will check in with a Gate team member, be welcomed by Greeters and get all the details for parking and settling in. Make sure you bring these things with you to Gate…

Your government issued photo ID
A print out of your ticket with the QR code or the QR Code available for scanning on your phone/device.
Vehicle Tag Number
Emergency Contact
Camp Name

Review Your Ticket:

Does it show your legal name? The name on the ticket will need to match your ID that you present at Gate. To update the name on your ticket.

Log into Volunteeripate - https://tothemoonburn.volunteeripate.com
Select Menu
Select Your Account
From the ticket page select “Edit Details” on the right hand side
Update your name and details as needed.

Ticket QR Code:

The Gate team will use the QR code on your ticket to access your account, verify the ticket, and your waiver.

To Get your QR Code:

Go to Menu in the top left corner
Select “Your Account” from the menu list

You will be presented with a screen with your ticket
Take a screenshot of this screen with the QR code to present to Gate
OR select “Print” on this page to print your ticket, you will present this to Gate

Volunteering:

To The Moon is a completely volunteer run event. The only paid staff are medical, meaning that we need everyone’s help to make all the things happen! Not sure where to pitch in? Sign up now online or stop by Mission Control on site to get signed up.

Login to Volunteeripate
Click “Menu”
Select “Sign Up for Shifts”
Search by calendar date, team and/or tag to see shifts
Select the shift to see its details and Click “Sign Up”

From our Rangers team - What do Rangers do? They have fun!

They walk around the burn, site and talk to people, do all the things they would normally do. The only difference is that you remain sober for your shift (but after walking around, you know where all the best places to party are after your shift is over!)

Rangers are simply here to help. You walk around as a visible resource for other burners. You get answers to questions, mediate disagreements, and help new burners get acclimated. You're a community resource for a few hours, and it's one of the best gifts you can give to your fellow burners.

Note: you must attend Ranger training* to Ranger, but we have Ranger training onsite Thurs at 5 and Fri at 3!
