Future Search is a principle-based planning model that brings the ‘whole system’ into the room; a range of people with authority, resources, expertise, information and need who share an interest in a particular issue or challenge. Through the highly participative Future Search process, these diverse voices are brought into a conversation to explore common ground, share what they want for the future, and plan for action.
